Artist statement
One of my goals is to produce artwork that is descriptive of an increasingly diverse society through diagramming and mapping. Drawing on inspiration from classical frescos, Native American ledger art, rural outbuildings, and modern architecture, I attempt to demonstrate how these subjects can relate and support one another. Through layering of media and information I strive to show a glimpse of their depth and complexity.
